I certainly have. And it's ANNOYING!
So I don't post about things that annoy me without a solution, so here's this post's problem-solver: tape!
I got these (yawn!) solid-color notebooks at Target for a really cheap price and then bought a ton of washi tape and Scotch Patterned Masking Tape (that works the best). It's REALLY easy to do and (if you use masking tape), you can write on it!
The washi tape is kind of hard to write on some times but works okay still, but I just put the subject names on the inside of the notebooks, which I decided not to cover (to save tape).
